Hello everyone, how are you, I hope you are fine wherever you are on this occasion I will share my recipe for cooking Payeh shrimp which we call in Aceh or even Pepes which is usually called in Indonesian, because I know that every country has its own name, there are also the same, there are also different ones, I make pepes with a pan because I don't want to be complicated, but I'm not simple.
I bought half kilo shrimp because I really wanted to eat shrimp because I thought it was very delicious if I made pepes, of course it was sweet and so delicious, it was my idea from the start to make it, I also cleaned the shrimp cleanly and I gave enough salt and did not forget I also provided the orange leaves that I was important in my sister -in -law's house and I continued my task.
I have already smooth the seasoning for me to cook, I forgot to take the poto because I was busy with my youngest son, and I immediately put it in the pan and put a little water for the spices and I waited for the water to dry a little and the spices until cooked.
Well I also put the shrimp that I have prepared and I don't forget the orange leaves as well as I put it in, and I have to wait again until the shrimp looks red and I keep stirring until the spices dry and the spices are cooked.
Tara and this is the result of the artificial I do, believe this is really very arouse the taste of the family, especially my son who really likes this pepes, although I don't wrap it in banana leaves but like this it feels very delicious and this will increase family appetite.
