Assalamu Alaikum. how are you all Hope everyone is doing well by the grace of Allah Taala. I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I will share with you how to make beef broth. Actually today's recipe is going to be much more special. For that you must read the recipe post. Today's recipe I will share to make Beef Jhol Kassa. Hope you like my today's recipe post. Here are the ingredients needed to make the recipe:

  • One kg of beef
  • Chopped onion-250 grams
  • Chilli Kuchi - 250 gms
  • Garlic paste - 2 tsp
  • Cinnamon
  • Soybean oil
  • Turmeric powder
  • Amount of salt
  • water
  • Sun powder
  • Cross-examination
  • Wood fruit
  • Chilli powder
  • Cloves
  • Ginger batter
  • Lemon
  • Onion grill
  • Meat masala packet

First one kg of beef is taken in a container. The size of the beef in the pot was very large. That is why it has to be made into small pieces again. When cutting these meats, you will want to make sure that all the sides are the same. Then all the big pieces of the page are cut out. Besides, the remaining bones should be cut. You can see that I have cut all the meat to this size. You will also make a decision on how much meat to cut.

Then I pour one cup of water into the meat. Then the meats are washed well. I washed this meat three to four times. If you take this meat three to four times, then the blood will be clean from the meat. The better it is eaten, the more flavor it will bring. For this, it must be washed well. After washing well I will prepare it for cooking. Then I bring it and put all the spices in the pot. When everything is served, then it is not well smeared with meat. And this marination must be done well. In addition, onion grill should be given at last. Onion barrister will make this meat a lot more testy for him. You will try to give like this.

After marinating well I put some oil in a bowl. After the oil is done, leave it for the marination. Then the meat is roasted in the heat of the oven. Then I add some raw lankara to it. Give it a small amount ie maintain the mesh. I kept stirring it for a long time. I haven't used the water yet. Stir like this for about 10 to 15 minutes without any water. It should be done using water. After doing it well for 15 to 20 minutes add some water first. Later, when the water dries up, add some water again.

Then I pour about a liter of water into it. And after giving water, stir for a while. Do it a little better. Then I add some more spices to it to enhance its taste. Then I cover it with a lid. Cover with a lid for at least 15 to 20 minutes. Then this meat broth will be completely dry. And if you don't cook the meat for 20 to 30 minutes, the meat will be cooked. Besides being well cooked, the broth in the meat will dry out. Then when the meat is dry, cover it again for a few minutes. Now add some spices before covering. Such as cinnamon wood fruit.

And it will take about one to one and a half hours to make. Following the last stuff will definitely dry up to stay in your flesh. And as much water there is, the water will be very tasty.
