This post actually got me learned new things. Now I know the thing we called Ayam Rempah is Kalasan Chicken in Indo 🤣

Because that's looks like this pict, so I mentioned it as Ayam Kalasan :D similar, right?

One thing about the teh tarik is, we're deeply influenced by the local Indians, especially Mamak. We use GoldCoin evaporated milk mix with sweeten condensed milk. That way, the evaporated milk can dilute the sweetness of the condensed milk, at the same time maintain the foaming structure to create the false sensation of "smoothness" when we drink "bubbles" 🤣 don't tell them I teach you this trick. Basically, all Malaysian knows about the trick, it's just that we all thought we know something others don't and treat it as a secret recipe to make good pulled tea.

Wow, you told me something I don't know. I once felt that this Teh Tarik was a bit similar to Masala Tea, apparently they do have the same origin. Now I know why I head over heels about the malay tea tarik, because the taste close to Tea Masala. I love Tea Masala and that tea is one thing that I want to drink in KL.
