Haha! Maybe I'll just buy more. Now that sounds more feasible. I am always amazed that these toys were built for children 7 and above. I have seen some of those and I am not sure some of the seven-year-olds I have seen have the dexterity to put them together.
I believe they had adults in mind all along.
I am not sure I would be capable of tearing it down after spending all that time putting it together. Do you always demolish them or do they normally just live there with you? You know you can always build an addition.
I hope all is well in your world this afternoon!
Hi, Galen!
Hmm, maybe they want adults to feel seven years old? I'm not sure, although I agree with you, some of these sets are rather advanced for the littlun's.
So, usually I leave them all built but I'm running out of room to put them so I had to make a decision. It's ok though, I'm throwing them out (of course), I'll rebuild them and keep them and maybe deconstruct again and rebuild them once more. Or...maybe I'll go and buy more! Lol.
Haven't things really changed? When I was a kid, which is many years ago, things were not nearly as complicated at that level. Some of those lego sets are using more brain cells than I possess on some days.
Dedication to the craft. You will never grow up/old.
I went riding this morning. Such a nice day to do it.
The world is far more complicated than it needs to be. I don't like that.
I'm jealous, I'd like a ride today too!
Yes, it was one of those perfect days for riding. He needed a good brushing. Just look at his face! He is starting to shed out his winter coat. Although, he didn't need one of those this year.
They like a good brushing don't they? And an apple or two.
I like apples too, in an apple crumble served with vanilla ice cream.
There you go! I think you and Henry would get along marvelously. He likes anything apple.
So...do you make a good apple pie? (Asking for a friend.)
