This time I will share visual works about Acehnese people who process coffee traditionally, this is a legacy from their ancestors, processing coffee using traditional tools, unlike others in modern times. This business has become an economic driver for those who continue what their parents left behind in the past.

Initially, coffee is processed by roasting in a large skillet until cooked and released for cooling. After that, the process is continued by heating the sugar with the addition of butter and some secret spices belonging to his family. Then after the sugar mixture melts and gives off a pleasant aroma, the coffee beans that are picked in the mountains of Aceh are put into a large skillet and stirred until evenly distributed for a long time.

After the coffee is ready to be processed, then the coffee beans that have been hardened with a sugar mixture are crushed and mashed manually or traditionally. Before delicious coffee is ready to be sold to coffee lovers throughout Aceh, even to foreign countries.
