Enragé depuis quelques jours
Je ne sais si c'est la fatigue, la santé, les douleurs, ou l'insuccès qui font mon quotidien qui me mettent en rage depuis quelques jours, mais c'est au point où je me sens l'obligation de le coucher dans un post afin d'en parler.
J'ai l'impression qu'autour de moi rien ne va, mes proches qui sont soit hospitalisés soit pas dans leur meilleure forme, le fait d'être au chômage depuis aussi longtemps et de passer mes journées chez moi, ou même le fait de rater tout ce que j'entreprends.
Et les nouvelles que l'on reçoit des médias, même si j'évite en général de les regarder, nous assomment de prix qui augmentent, de guerres par ici, de désastres par là; et, probablement pire, d'âneries monumentales un peu partout...
Cela donne une sentiment de
NO FUTURE
D'habitude cela me met dans un état de réflexion pour tenter de trouver des solutions ou de trouver une raison de sourire. Mais j'ai du mal à continuer à réagir comme cela. Car il n'y a vraiment plus grand chose qui arrive à me faire plaisir.
Ce que j'aime est hors d'atteinte pour diverses raisons : Pas d'amis, pas les moyens, les autres n'ont pas envie, c'est interdit sous peine de perdre mon revenu de substitution, mes douleurs m'en empêchent ...
Bref, on m'interdit toute chance de profiter un peu de la vie.
Là, maintenant, c'est de mordre sauvagement celui qui s'approcherait de trop près que j'ai envie plutôt que de sourire... Telle une bête blessée prête à se défendre contre qui voudrait en profiter pour l'achever... Même dans les discussions banales je le ressens, dans ma tête c'est presque toujours:
"C'est fait exprès, ce n'est pas possible tout de même"
et la rage monte...
Comment puis-je lutter contre cette sensation désagréable et qui me submerge?
Qu'est-ce qu'il faut faire pour sortir de ce qui semble être une spirale infernale.

Argh 😔 en vrac ce qui me vient : faire la liste écrite en conscience de ce que tu ne veux plus, essayer des nouvelles choses gratuites type programme de méditation pour vider un peu la tête, apprendre à chercher le besoin derrière emotion avec la Cnv, La goutte d'eau qui fait déborder le vase est souvent source de changement. Dernière chose si tu souhaites je peux faire un peu de reiki pour toi. Tu n'es pas seul et comme je l'ai vu dans un commentaire c'est dur d'être conscient actuellement.

Je fais ce que je peux, selon l'état dans lequel je suis. Je fais des efforts qui ne sont pas suffisants pour toi, je l'entends bien, mais ils sont énormes pour moi. Quand je suis malade, je ne peux pas faire autant d'efforts et me dire que je devrais, au contraire, en faire davantage pour aller mieux et guérir + vite, ne m'aide pas et donc, ne nous aide pas.
Il faut me laisser me soigner avec le traitement prescrit par le médecin, ensuite, je pourrai reprendre mes efforts, parce que là, je mets mon énergie à me soigner et à faire ce qui doit être fait (paiements, courses, comptes, repas, etc.), ce qui m'épuise déjà.

Navré d'apprendre que tu te sens mal.
Je n'ai pas vécu ton expérience alors je ne saurai pas quoi te dire pour surmonter cette période néfaste.
Lorsque j'ai des périodes de doutes profonds, j'essaie de me changer les idées en sortant un maximum en nature pour me changer les idées et revenir à l'essentiel : odeur de la forêt, observation et chant des oiseaux: cela m'apaise.
Des calins aux arbres, oui ca aide ...
Vais voir s'il y a pas trop loin un petit coin de verdure qui s'y prete.
