En attendant le contrat ferme et définitif.
En ce jour, et probablement jusqu'au week-end inclus, je vais me coltiner les traitements RGPD pour le futur site de MÉTA-ÊTRE.
C'est long, fastidieux et assez ennuyeux à faire, cela me rappelle le temps des certifications ISO.
Le plus drôle c'est que c'est purement théorique, puisque apparemment, il n'y a même pas de contrôles.
Je n'irai pas dire que c'est juste inutile, je trouve cela bien de proposer de publier des promesses concernant les données des gens qui choisissent de nous faire confiance, et même de nous y tenir. Mais je trouve que cela devrait être à titre informatif, plutôt qu'une loi qui se veut contraignante.
Figurez-vous qu'on peut recevoir des amendes jusque 4% de notre chiffre d'affaire mondial annuel, Google lui même à du casquer 100 millions ...
Autant on comprend pour des géants, autant on se demande ce qu'un petit commerce peut bien mettre en place pour se couvrir au niveau des législation RGPD.
Cette formation, je l'ai eue ce lundi, et je vais donc appliquer ce que j'ai appris, cela devrait nous mettre à l'abri au niveau légal, et garantir à nos clients qu'on fait de notre mieux pour protéger leurs données.
Par contre, soyons honnête jusqu'au bout, ayant été "gray hat" moi-même, je puis vous garantir que quelques soient les méthodes que vous utilisez, sans devenir vous même hors la loi (en utilisant des cryptages trop puissants, c'est interdit), mais les hackers décidés, et obstinés passeront toujours au travers de vos protections.
Néanmoins, voici les systèmes que nous mettrons en place chez MÉTA-ÊTRE :
- Chiffrage des données sensibles (GPG)
- Protections par accès limités
- Backups en HOT et COLD storage
- Garantie de confidentialité et de non divulgation des données
- Gestion des fichiers de traitements et de fuites comme l'exige la loi.
A savoir que c'est plus que suffisant au niveau légal, et bien plus que, selon la formatrice, 75% des professionnels à ce jour. Les protections seront affichées sur le site dès que mises en place.
