I also set monthly and yearly goals for myself, but I don't always reach them :P

You do well to set goals, and you also do well to set hard-to-achieve goals because they are the most motivating ones, and if achieved, they are the ones that give the most satisfaction
I wish you to achieve your goals as soon as possible
