Hello Splinterland warriors!
Its been a long that i did not participate in the weekly battle challenge because of some busy schedule but today i am taking part in the current weekly battle challenge.

ABILITIES: Snipe at level 1; Piercing at level 3; Protect at level 6
Well, so this week monster was from the new reward cards edition that recently revealed and the name of this monster is Silvershield sheriff from the life family. However, i am not a big fan of the life splinter because of the low level upgrade so i am always skipping it but sometimes it help me a lot with these awesome montsers like Silvershield sheriff and other range attack monsters.
In the Battle line up, i will explain all the cards that i used in this battle that why i choose these cards for the specific position. However, it was a ruleset of earthquake and lost legendaries so i went for the life splinter where i can easily pick the silvershield sheriff and other flying monsters with armor.
This was a 40 mana battle so i went for the daria dragonscale to use some flying monster and increase the one melee attack for all the friendly monster but because of the lineup i did not use much flying monster instead of the reach ability that belongs to the life family itself but i used the snare ability monster from the life family that you can see in the battle lineup to remove the flying ability.
In the first position i used the great rare monster SILVERSHIELD PALADIN because of its enough armor and its awesome shield ability that take less damage from the enemy monster with melee attack so better to use this one in the first position to defend your other monsters from early killing. However, the armor will give some benefit to this monster to not kill so easily from the earthquake.
In the second position, i used the flying rare monster LUMINOUS EAGLE with its reach ability and enough melee attack that can easily reach itself to the first enemy monster and give damage to the targeted enemy monster. However, i choose this because of the daria that it will take one extra melee attack and also it will not take any damage from the earthquake
In the third position i used the armor smith for repairing to restore the armor of all friendly monsters. However, this is a low mana card but i used this for the repairing ability that it will restore the damage armor of its friendly monster and will not allowing the enemy monster to kill its friend quickly.
in the 4th position i used the truthspeaker which is also a rare monster from the life splinter and from untamed eiditon that gives the protection ability to all friendly monsters means that it will give extra two armor to all friendly monster of its team so here it also gives me some benefit with the earthquake ruleset.
In the 5th position i choose the main monster of this week challenge the silvershield sheriff because of its sniping ability and enough life with strong rage attack that is really awesome. This is a great monster that will damage the back line of the enemy monster with its powerful range attack and also the life of this monster is really enough and awesome and can not be killed so easily. So this monster did his job well and defend the first friendly monster for long time.
In the last position, i used another rare monster for the snare ability means that it will remove the flying ability from the enemy monster so after removing the flying ability that monster will take damage from the earthquake and will be killed so easily so if you have watched the battle then you can see the snare ability that applied on the phantom soldier but unfortunately that died early.
