I decided to power up roughly 58k last week. At first I had kept it liquid to aim for market swings, but I decided to increase my voting power.
While people where mentioning a downward spiral that ofcourse had me consider what my best move would be.
I decided to power up, as I just like the community, made some friends which I hope to meet in 2026 (at least from Denmark and Sweden) en hope to visit Venezuela for the CAF marathon and join in the celebrations with the hiverun in the future aswell. (Checkbox from your list; friendship)
Furthermore, I just don’t care about the hive price anymore, so powering up gives me less to consider, sure it can go up or down, but I feel the power is in the community giving me (checkbox from your list; peace of mind , and still decent growth)
Finally - there is hope, for example - if Holozing is what I hope it will be, it can be another reason for new players outside of hive to join our communities and we can get some new energy (in all area’s)
Great Job in that massive 58K HP power up. Yes we cannot time the market and right now it is all about accumulating and earning as much #HIVE we can. I am also lazer foscused in building my HP stake targeting 300K+ HP by the end of year, 2026. And yes you are right we may see more users join in once Holozing is playable... I have some decent investment in Holozing game as well. good luck..cheers
