Dear Hive friends, we have reached the third day of March, the day when I make my monthly Power Up, choosing this day as a good omen thanks to the number 3.

Unfortunately, my PU will be very small this month, with only 11 additional Hive Power added. 10 were made on the first day of the month to obtain the @hivebuzz badge and participate in the Hive Power Up Day, which I value even though it doesn't have a tangible significance. It is a symbolic gesture of presence and support for the platform.
Purtroppo questo mese il mio PU sarà molto scarso, in totale sono solo 11 Hive Power aggiunti, 10 effettuati il primo giorno del mese, per ottenere il badge di @hivebuzz e partecipare al Hive Power Up Day, che ci tengo anche se non ha un tangente significato, è un gesto più simbolico, di presenza e di sostegno alla piattaforma.
The other small Power Up of just one meager symbolic Hive was to avoid writing the number 0 in this post, even though I just did, but it doesn't affect my morale because the number 0 would have meant 0 growth and I didn't like the message it conveyed. Even though 1 is worth very little, it is the next smallest integer value, but it is still a positive growth movement, and that is the message I want to send with my post. Even if sometimes we talk about small amounts, we must always aim to grow.
Mentre l'altro piccolo Power Up di un solo misero simbolico Hive, era per non scrivere il numero 0 in questo post, anche se l'ho appena fatto a dire il vero, ma non incide in modo morale nel mio percorso, perchè il numero 0 sarebbe stato come 0 crescita e non mi piaceva avere questo messaggio, anche se è vero che 1 vale molto poco, è il valore prossimo più piccolo come numero intero, ma è pur sempre un movimento di crescita in positivo, ed è questo il messaggio che voglio mandare con il mio post, anche se a volte si parla di piccole quantità, bisogna sempre puntare a crescere.
To say all, I also had other Hive set aside for this Power Up, but I needed them for another project, and I hope that many more will come back from there. But that's another topic I will discuss later. Despite my only 11 Hive dedicated to the Power Up between the first and third days of March, thanks to Curation and Author Rewards, I recorded an overall increase of almost 300 Hive at the end of the day, which is not a bad result considering I was out of commission for 20 days due to arm surgery, or 2/3 of the entire month.
Dicendola tutta, avevo anche degli altri Hive messi da parte per questo Power Up, che mi sono serviti per un altro progetto e spero che da li poi possano tornarne indietro molti di più, ma questo è un altro argomento che tratterò più avanti. Ma nonostante i miei soli 11 Hive dedicati al Power Up tra il primo e il terzo giorno di Marzo, grazie alle Curation e alle Author Rewards,ho registrato un aumento complessivo di quasi 300 Hive alla fine dei conti, che non è un brutto risultato essendo stato fermo per 20 giorni a causa dell'operazione al braccio, dunque 2/3 dell'intero mese.
This allowed me to get a little closer to the annual goal of 10k Hive Power, where "only" 5168 Hive is left to reach the target. We are about 50% of the way there, and considering I started with 3164 HP in January, I have already made good progress in just two months despite the forced break. But now I want to make a great recovery, and March will be a crucial month, even though it is already marked by many commitments. I will do my best to reach at least the dolphin status.
Questo mi ha permesso di avvicinarmi un altro po' all'obiettivo annuale di 10k Hive Power, dove ora mancano “soli” 5168 Hive per raggiungere l'obiettivo, siamo circa al 50% del target e considerando che a Gennaio sono partito da 3164 HP, in soli due mesi ho già percorso buona strada nonostante lo stop forzato, ma ora voglio recuperare alla grande e Marzo sarà un mese cruciale anche se è già segnato da molti impegni, ce la metterò tutta per raggiungere almeno lo status di delfino.
As you may have noticed, I no longer have my substantial Hive Power thanks to the delegated power. Having to stay still and unable to use it manually, I let the delegations expire and did not renew them. But as soon as I have accumulated a good amount of HBD, I will resume my Curation mission and support Hive's quality with a good support vote.

Come avrete visto, non ho più il mio sostanzioso Hive Power grazie alle deleghe di potere, dovendo star fermo e non potendolo usare al meglio manualmente ho lasciato cadere le deleghe e non le ho rinnovate, ma appena avrò accumulato un buona quantità di HBD riprenderò la mia missione di Curation e tornerò a supportare la qualità di Hive con un buon voto di supporto.
