You don't acknowledge that you made it clear content wasn't being written by you, content you were earning rewards on, potentially being curated by people and projects, potentially making a profit. What you care or don't care or what you did or didn't or planned on doing with the rewards is all void cause we can't know and can't find out.
You only got downvoted and reported when a ghostwriter handed you content they had plagiarised meaning we don't know how long this scheme lasted, how many posts you were rewarded for and how long you would've kept this up had that not occurred. Being lenient on something like this would just encourage others to do the same, say others with higher stake or in charge of a lot more voting power taking rewards from the pool through some kind of middleman fee when instead the author who initially created the content could've joined and posted it themselves.
There's been other cases as I mentioned of this and I had no sympathy for a curator in my own project being found having done this, so no I'm not going to play nice and give you the benefit of the doubt when you yourself admit to no wrongdoing and question curation of the platform instead and throw accusations my way.
Another case a ghostwriter google-searched the content they had handed over and found it on hive (then steem) and joined the platform themselves and started writing here, the author operating this scheme was also dealt with.
Hive and blockchain tech is about removing the middleman from the equation, I can't believe this is something you considered to be okay to begin with and kept on defending over the course of our discussion and your rage filled actions just prove you're even more stubborn on wanting to die on this hill.
Whatever great intentions you had and however original and yours your current content is doesn't change the fact that me or my project most likely has curated ghostwritten content you may or may not have profited from, thus I'm downvoting and will be doing so for a while, if others disagree with my actions they can counter my downvotes like I'll be doing with yours seeing them coming from a purely retaliation standpoint.

Ghostwriting is ok; it's not an issue. People vote on CONTENT, not on the PERSON. If they only vote for the person, or as you said you do, "only glance and vote on it based on the person," you are acting like a bot, and that does nothing for the blockchain or the content creators but inflates egos.

Point to where in the TOS of HIVE that ghostwriting is stealing or scamming from HIVE, where is this unwritten rule spelled out? I will then admit I am wrong and move on. HIVE does not have a TOS; you are making up rules you think are just, then insulting people, hurting them, and others with childlike behavior.

I've told you at least twice now, including my original comment that it's not "only" for the person but both are in the equation, some times a person could write a shitpost as well that doesn't mean I'd curate them based on the name and history behind it alone. Some times it may seem they barely had any engagement on a post or they've been a bit farmy lately, etc, there's many factors behind my curation which is only manual. I don't go around throwing bloaty dust votes like you seem to have been doing while most of your stake was delegated away.

You're the one making an issue about a one-time instant that happened more than 6 months ago. Since then I've been writing all my own stuff taking my own pictures and engaging, believe me or not that's up to you. I had enough drama dealing with that ghost riding issue for the first time so why would I risk doing it a second time? I don't know? It's not like I need the money here I make perfectly good money online doing multiple other things, and day trading dwarfs would it make on this platform at least 100x.. Yes I use Auto voting Bots if you want to get mad at me about that well then change the code. And now you want to slander me and say that I'm still doing other things...
So despite my personal belief go striving is not a crime, I'm not engaging in it, and you can't prove that I am engaging it (something I am not) . So unless you want to get mad at me for something that happened over 6 months ago and keep dragging this out. That's up to you.
It's not a "crime" but I'm sure most stakeholders are against it when you don't mention that's what it is which is the main issue I had with you before you started pointing fingers towards me or calling me names.
I actually have nothing against your intentions, if they were more transparent (i.e. costs, fees you take for it and if or not you profit off of it) I wouldn't even mind it, you wanted to improve SEO for certain dapps and help get more traffic towards our front-ends. You do realize that had you just been transparent that it's not your content I wouldn't have an issue with it and potentially even defended you or helped out if I deemed it worthy of the traffic it might bring.
Instead you chose to go down this route, while I can understand your frustration that you had to deal with it back then already it's not like what happened was unwarranted and since I asked you about it you knew it was something from x months ago to begin with. It's not like I'm here every day bugging you about what happened.
Nothing is up to me, I'm sure most of the community would agree with me on this issue. Just be transparent if content isn't yours so curators, at least the manual ones know about it and can vote accordingly thus they're not being deceived and maybe they'd be able to find out what you're trying to do rather than becoming transparent about it after you're caught with plagiarised content. It's really not rocket science but you keep being combatitive about it and I'm done wasting time now.

I curate manually so similar to my upvotes I some times forget about some authors I'd wanna upvote and make sure they don't end up with 0 or close to 0 rewards (depending on content), this of course also means I some times forget to adjust rewards on those I think get overrewarded for one reason or another according to my opinions.
Either way knowing your stance on ghostwriting I'm going to make sure I don't accidentally reward you with stake in the future in case you're up to the old ways again.
