Greetings friends, a few days ago I went for a walk with my family to the Llovizna Park in Ciudad Guayana, this park is located in the middle of the two zones that divide this city in two, which are Puerto Ordaz and San Félix, from my place of residence in the Puerto Ordaz area it takes me about 15 minutes to get to the park and because of the location it is very easy to access and that is why it receives many visitors.

While we were walking through the park, I asked a park ranger for some information in order to later publish a publication and he informed me that the park has an area of approximately 200 hectares, is approximately 20 meters high and is maintained by the company Corpoelec, since the water that reaches the park previously passes through the Macagua I hydroelectric plant, whose spillways can be seen in the background of the first image.

In the park you can find a great variety of flora and fauna of the region but its main attraction is the La Llovizna waterfall that is at the end of the route, these images were taken during the dry season so you can see the low flow of the Caroní River going down the waterfall, which receives its name because being in the area from where I took these images, the drizzle coming from the waterfall travels through the air and moistens all this part of the park.

Saludos amigos, hace unos días fui de paseo con mi familia al Parque la Llovizna en Ciudad Guayana, este parque se encuentra en medio de las dos zonas que dividen esta ciudad en dos, que son Puerto Ordaz y San Félix, desde mi lugar de residencia en La zona de puerto Ordaz me toma unos 15 minutos llegar al parque y por la ubicación es de muy fácil acceso y por eso recibe muchos visitantes.

Mientras paseábamos por el parque le pregunté a un guardaparques algunos datos con el fin de luego en cuanto pudiera hacer una publicación y este me informó que el parque tiene una extensión aproximada de 200 hectáreas, tiene aproximadamente unos 20 metros de altura y es mantenido por la empresa Corpoelec, ya que las aguas que llegan al parque previamente pasan por la central hidroeléctrica Macagua I, cuyos aliviaderos se pueden visualizar al fondo de la primera imagen.

En el parque puede uno encontrarse con gran variedad de flora y fauna de la región pero su principal atractivo es el salto La Llovizna que se encuentra al final del recorrido, esta imágenes fueron tomadas en época de sequía por eso se puede observar el bajo caudal del Río Caroní al bajar por el Salto, el cual recibe su nombre porque al estar en la zona desde donde tomé estas imágenes te moja la llovizna proveniente del salto viajando por el aire y humedeciendo toda esta parte del parque.
