Un cordial saludo a todos los que vivimos en Hive y Liketu.
En el camino hacia la plancha es recomendable respetar cada progresión de la misma, esto tiene beneficios como:
1-Preparar el tejido conectivo (tendones, ligamentos y articulaciones) para la carga futura que ejercerá la realización de la plancha.
2-Prevenir lesiones
3-Internalizar la correcta ejecución de la estático en cuestión.
4-Fortalecer músculos poco desarrollados como el serrato anterior, pectoral menor y otros músculos estabilizadores escapulares.
Aquí les muestro las progresiones que utilicé para lograr la full planche.

When advancing the plank, it is advisable to respect each progression of the plank; this has benefits such as:
1-Preparing the connective tissue (tendons, ligaments and joints) for the future load that performing the plank will exert.
2-Prevent injuries
3-Internalize the correct execution of the statics in question.
4-Strengthen underdeveloped muscles such as the certatus anterior, pectoralis minor and other scapular stabilizing muscles.
