Soft tofu, sweet meat and crispy mushrooms will be absorbing so many tasty flavors. Braising in a tomato sauce is a very easy way to combine all the ingredients.

Slice off the stem of the tomatoes and cut the tomatoes into thin pieces from the top of the tomato towards to bottom. Puree the meat with a meat grinder until smooth or you can buy minced meat from the supermarket. Cut the tofu into squares.Cắt bỏ cuống cà chua và cắt cà chua thành những miếng mỏng theo chiều từ trên xuống của quả cà chua. Xay nhuyễn thịt bằng máy xay thịt cho đến khi nhuyễn hoặc bạn có thể mua thịt xay ở siêu thị. Cắt đậu phụ thành từng miếng vuông.

Cut the king oyster mushrooms horizontally into circles. Soak the wood ear in hot water to soften it, wash it, cut off the hard and dirty parts, and then cut it into long pieces.Cắt nấm đùi gà theo chiều ngang thành từng khoanh tròn. Ngâm mộc nhĩ vào nước nóng cho mềm, rửa sạch, cắt bỏ phần thô cứng rồi thái thành từng khúc dài.

Sauté the tomatoes with minced meat in cooking oil, don't forget to add some water, and sauté until the tomatoes are soft and the meat turns pink to white. Add mushrooms, continue to stir for 2 minutes, then add tofu, now season with salt, seasoning, monosodium glutamate, pepper, cashews, add water to cover all ingredients. You should not stir the tofu at this time because they break easily. Simmer for 20-30 minutes on medium heat until the tomato's liquid dries up, turn off the heat and add the scallions. Serve over white rice and immediately feel at home.Xào cà chua với thịt băm trong dầu ăn, đừng quên cho ít nước, xào đến khi cà chua mềm và thịt chuyển sang màu trắng hồng. Cho nấm vào, tiếp tục đảo 2 phút rồi cho đậu phụ vào, lúc này nêm muối, hạt nêm, bột ngọt, tiêu, hạt điều, thêm nước cho ngập hết nguyên liệu. Bạn không nên xào đậu phụ lúc này vì chúng dễ bị nát. Đun khoảng 20-30 phút ở lửa vừa cho đến khi nước cà chua cạn bớt thì tắt bếp và cho hành lá vào. Dùng với cơm trắng.
