Inspiraciones de un Ocaso
Pasa el tiempo y siempre existen oportunidades para agradecer, por ello continúo mi viaje desde los sueños y deseos de estar en la proa de este nuevo barco desde donde hoy me regalan este ocaso tan mágico como el agua del mar.
Luego de varios días de oscuridad, recibir esta belleza y poder apreciarla en la diversidad de colores destellantes que iluminan el cielo, me resulta más hermoso y me alegra el día, por ello, agradezco este maravilloso regalo.
Tener la oportunidad de apreciar cada minuto que vivimos y valorar cada sentido con el cual contamos, se convierte en una experiencia llena de reflexión y de crecimiento. Porque cada minuto es importante, cada aprendizaje construye nuestro destino y es cuando entendemos que tenemos la capacidad de ser arquitectos de nuestros sueños. Lo que resulta valioso conocer, ya que, somos capaces de esculpir nuestra mente, ¿se pueden imaginar tal descubrimiento? Particularmente pienso que es un gran avance de la ciencia, porque nos confirma el gran poder que tienen nuestros pensamientos y emociones.
Investigando un poco encontré una lectura muy interesante de la cual me permitió confirmar lo que ya pensaba. Cajal (1906) Premio Nobel en medicina, descubre y afirma “”todo ser humano puede ser escultor de tu propio cerebro"". Derivado a esta lectura, ha surgido en mí una serie de preguntas que han requerido un poco de reflexión y conocimiento, que por los momentos no detallaré, pero que definitivamente involucran una serie de movimientos en mi vida.
Por ahora, disfruto de cada día, con plena consciencia de que soy capaz de lograr grandes cambios y ser mejor cada día.

Inspirations of a Sunset
Time passes and there are always opportunities to give thanks, that is why I continue my journey from the dreams and desires of being on the bow of this new ship from where today I am given this sunset as magical as the water of the sea.
After several days of darkness, receiving this beauty and being able to appreciate it in the diversity of sparkling colors that illuminate the sky, seems more beautiful to me and brightens my day, therefore, I am grateful for this wonderful gift.
Having the opportunity to appreciate every minute we live and value every sense we have becomes an experience full of reflection and growth. Because every minute is important, every learning builds our destiny and that is when we understand that we have the ability to be architects of our dreams. What is valuable to know, since we are capable of sculpting our minds, can you imagine such a discovery? In particular, I think it is a great advance in science, because it confirms the great power that our thoughts and emotions have.
Doing a little research I found a very interesting reading that allowed me to confirm what I already thought. Cajal (1906), Nobel Prize winner in medicine, discovers and affirms "every human being can be a sculptor of his own brain." Derived from this reading, a series of questions have arisen in me that have required a little reflection and knowledge, which for the moment I will not detail, but which definitely involve a series of movements in my life.
For now, I enjoy every day, fully aware that I am capable of making great changes and becoming better every day.
