Curry seasoning
Hello everyone, this is my first time to write on liketu . I am excited to share my first daily food blog. I Made a curry tempe last week. Fyi, tempe is basically a fermented soybean that contain a lot of protein. It's a healthy food.
I bought the tempe at a traditional market nearby my home, and the seasoning in a department store when I go back from the market. They cost about 1 dollar in total.
First thing first I chip the tempe become like a dice shape. After that I fry them to hot oil till its colours turn to gold. And I also fry some onion and Chili to add it later.
After that I put the seasoning to the frying pan on a small fire till it smells nice. After that, I mixed all the tempe and Chili that I already prepared before. add 2 glass of water then wait about 15-25 minutes so that the curry water become thick.
Finally I serve the curry tempe with hot rice. I personally think that tempe could well replace meat in this cuisine. I really love it 🥰
