Muchas veces en nuestra vida, nos encontramos con momentos o períodos en los que todo parece tornarse gris, sin sentido, con la carencia de algo que revitalice y empodere tus sueños y la determinación de alcanzarlos. Muchos buscamos esa válvula de escape en la música, algún libro o una buena película y en ocasiones la encontramos, pero más interesante aún es cuando descubrimos una fuente de inspiración muy especial, y que está al alcance de todos. En la mayoría de los casos, solo basta con tomar un pequeño paseo.
Y es en la misma naturaleza donde encontramos ese libro abierto, la melodía perfecta con sus tamaños y colores, una película en constante movimiento que nos permite estar en primera fila, a fin de poder disfrutar de tan maravillosa exposición. Desde la grandeza de un paisaje hasta la sutileza de una pequeña flor, descubrimos una conexión maravillosa que despierta un caudal de sentimientos en nuestro interior. Una cita entre la creación y nosotros, es una invitación en la que no hay exigencias ni costos, la mejor inversión que hacemos a nuestra salud y bienestar mental y emocional.
¿Cuántos paisajes han dado vida a hermosos cuadros y escritos? ¿Cuántas flores han inspirado poemas y amores con sus bellos colores? Me resulta bastante impresionante como hasta en un animal muy pequeño podemos percibir el valor y la gallardía de un audaz guerrero, y como las aves y las mariposas compaginan su vuelo con su apariencia real y colorida.
Detallar la hermosura de la naturaleza es una caricia al alma, un bálsamo que nos da el aliento y las fuerzas para seguir. Brindarnos esta clase de momentos en conexión con la creación nos recompensa en gran manera, pues no solo nos da armonía y paz, sino que también alimenta ese tesoro que todos llevamos dentro, cada uno con el brillo y sello original, esos talentos que podemos mostrar y compartir durante nuestra vida.

Many times in our lives, we encounter moments or periods in which everything seems to become gray, meaningless, with the lack of something that revitalizes and empowers your dreams and determination to achieve them. Many of us look for that escape valve in music, a book or a good movie and sometimes we find it, but even more interesting is when we discover a very special source of inspiration, and that is within everyone's reach. In most cases, it is enough to take a short walk.
And it is in nature itself where we find that open book, the perfect melody with its sizes and colors, a film in constant movement that allows us to be in the front row, in order to enjoy such a wonderful exhibition. From the grandeur of a landscape to the subtlety of a small flower, we discover a wonderful connection that awakens a wealth of feelings within us. An appointment between creation and us, it is an invitation in which there are no demands or costs, the best investment we make to our health and mental and emotional well-being.
How many landscapes have given life to beautiful paintings and writings? How many flowers have inspired poems and loves with their beautiful colors? I find it quite impressive how even in a very small animal we can perceive the courage and gallantry of a bold warrior, and how birds and butterflies combine their flight with their royal and colorful appearance.
Detailing the beauty of nature is a caress to the soul, a balm that gives us the breath and strength to continue. Giving us this kind of moments in connection with creation rewards us greatly, because it not only gives us harmony and peace, but also feeds that treasure that we all carry inside, each one with the original shine and seal, those talents that we can show and share during our lives.
