Me parece genial que pueda escribir sobre la autoestima para mi blog. Es un tema muy importante, especialmente para las jóvenes como yo. Aquí quisiera compartir lo que pienso, lo que siento y en parte lo que podría servir para cada una de nosotras, sobretodo cuándo sentimos un poco de verguenza.
La autoestima es la valoración que tenemos de nosotros mismos y es algo que vivimos a diario, sobretodo sí nos miramos frente al espejo cada mañana. Es la opinión que nos formamos sobre nuestras capacidades, nuestra valía y nuestro derecho a ser felices por esa razón nadie tiene derecho de hacernos sentir inferiores.
La autoestima nos da la confianza necesaria para elegir lo que queremos y lo que nos hace felices, sin miedo a equivocarnos o a lo que piensen los demás, es parte de nosotros fundamentar o nutrir como convicción positiva sin dañar al resto ni tampoco fracturarnos durante el proceso. La vida está llena de obstáculos, pero una buena autoestima nos da la fuerza y la resiliencia necesarias para superarlos y aprender de ellos.
Amiga que me estás leyendo, recuerda que eres una persona valiosa, llena de potencial y merecedora de todo lo bueno que la vida puede ofrecerte. No dejes que la timidez te impida mostrar al mundo tu valor. ¡Confía en ti misma y lucha por tus sueños!

I think it's great that I can write about self-esteem for my blog. It is a very important topic, especially for young women like me. Here I would like to share what I think, what I feel and partly what could be useful for each of us, especially when we feel a little embarrassed.
Self-esteem is the valuation we have of ourselves and it is something we live daily, especially if we look at ourselves in front of the mirror every morning. It is the opinion we form about our capabilities, our worth and our right to be happy for that reason no one has the right to make us feel inferior.
Self-esteem gives us the necessary confidence to choose what we want and what makes us happy, without fear of being wrong or what others think, it is part of us to base or nurture as a positive conviction without harming the rest or fracture us during the process. Life is full of obstacles, but a good self-esteem gives us the strength and resilience to overcome them and learn from them.
Friend who is reading this, remember that you are a valuable person, full of potential and deserving of all the good things life has to offer. Don't let shyness stop you from showing the world your value, trust yourself and fight for your dreams!
