Hello, hello! Happy and beautiful Wednesday! 😊 It's very cold and rainy here, so it's been difficult to leave the house for my daily routines... Going to the gym is difficult most of the time because I don't like going alone, so when I'm alone, I prefer to walk home 🏡. When I do that, I try to maintain a fairly brisk pace to burn enough calories. Sometimes it's exhausting because I usually do it right after work, but it's necessary! Today is my day off from the gym, but I have to work until late, so yes, it will definitely be a long day, so lots of energy for me!
Hola hola feliz y bonito miercoles 😊 aqui esta muy frio y lluvioso por lo que esta siendo dificil salir de casa a mis rutinas diarias... Ir al gym resulta la mayor parte del tiempo dificil porque no me gusta ir sola asi que cuando estoy sola prefiero realizar una caminata hasta llegar a casa 🏡 cuando es asi procuro mantener un ritmo bastante rápido para quemar suficientes calorías, algunas veces es agotador porque suelo hacerlo cuando salgo del trabajo mas es necesario! Hoy es mi dia libre de gym pero debo trabajar hasta la noche asi que si, efectivamente ya será un dia pesado asi que muchas energías para mi.
