Super easy cheese, Ingredients:
*Condensed milk
*1 glass of liquid milk
***5 eggs
*3 tablespoons of sugar for the caramel
Preparation:
In a blender place the condensed milk, the 5 eggs and the glass of liquid milk, blend, in a separate hole I am going to place the teaspoons of sugar and I will put a little bit of water about 3cc of this to make the caramel, I will place it over low heat until it is golden brown and to that I will place the already blended mixture, we will cover with aluminum foil and we will take it to a bain-marie for 1 hour, we will let it cool and unmold it on a plate or tray, I hope you like it, kisses..
Buenos dias mi gente bonita, hoy con ganas de comer algo dulce y aprovechando que estoy solita en casa porque mis niñas estan en tarea dirigida, decidi consentirme jejeje me hice un quesillo con mucho amor para esta personita que soy yo, que de verdad siento que me lo debo que me lo merezco y que de vez en cuando debo consentirme porque lo primero es amarse uno ´por lo que es, por como es y por ser quienes somos. muy buenos dias a todos y ensulcen su vida a pesar de los problemas siempre sabremos sañlir de ellos de cualquier modo asi que relajense y consientanse muchisimo, se les quiere.
Quesillo super facil, Ingredientes:
*leche conlensada
*1 vaso de leche liquida
*5 huevos
*3 cucharadas de azucar para el caramelo
Preparacion:
En una licuadora colocar la leche conlensada los 5 huevos y el vaso de leche liquida, licuar, en una hoya aparte voy a colocar las cucharaditas de azucar y le colocare un poco solo un poco de agua como aproximadamente 3cc esto para hacer el caramelo, lo colocare a fuego lento hasta que quede dorado y a eso le colocare la mezcla ya licuada, taparemos con papel aluminio y vamos a llevar a baño de maria por 1 hora, dejaremos enfriar y desmoldamos en un plato o bandeja, espero les guste, besos..
