Chest and Tricep Day!

De-load week is over so no more "taking it easy" here! Getting into a phase where I'm increasing the weight but keeping the reps lower for my 'bigger' lifts, while doing the reverse for my auxiliary ones. Only on day two but am digging the change up so far and my sore muscles say that they're up to the challenging change!
