It's always so nice to read your posts here in this beautiful community, and I have the feeling that the number of people here keeps growing, and that's a wonderful thing. I want to share three snapshots that I took during my day yesterday. Luckily, the heat in Italy has eased a bit, and even in a hot city like Milan, it's quite pleasant.
Unfortunately, a few days ago, there were some disasters around Milan, and I noticed it immediately when I went out to eat. In fact, one of the photos I'm sharing here is from when I went to taste a dish of meat sushi in a restaurant owned by a friend. It's a trendy thing here in Italy, especially in the Milan area, and I wanted to try it too. I must say that although I was skeptical at first, I was very satisfied with this dish, which is particularly suitable for the summer season.
Sadly, many trees in the city of Milan were damaged due to the recent heavy rainstorm, and I found out that until August 31, practically all the parks in Milan are closed to the public. It's bad news, especially for those looking for a place to find some coolness.
Finally, I returned home and not knowing what to do because I'm practically on vacation, I spent time with my beautiful cat Jimmy, who will be turning sixteen in a few days. I'm honestly amazed that this animal has reached such an age, which means a lot to him.
