Una flor es la protagonista de esta sesión de fotos, y ¿por qué no? ¿Sabías que la cayena también es conocida como rosa china"? Esta flor es muy hermosa, pero muy delicada, no sirve para hacer ramos porque si la cortas no dura mucho tiempo. Cuando era pequeña esta era una de mis flores favoritas.
Una vez alguien me dijo que se las pusiera al champú porque eran buenas para el cabello; nunca he logrado averiguar si estas propiedades son reales o no. Aunque leí que es usada en la medicina tradicional china por sus propiedades medicinales. Alguna vez he tomado infusión de sus flores porque me dijeron que es relajante y ayuda a dormir, aunque no puedo asegurar que fuera así.
¿Sabías que la cayena es la flor nacional de Malasia? Pues yo no lo sabía, lo he leído por casualidad en Wikipedia, es más, resulta que es la flor del estado Zulia, en Venezuela. Eso me ha hecho preguntarme ¿Cuál es la flor del estado Sucre? (el estado en el que vivo). Si alguien lo sabe que me lo deje en los comentarios.

Científico reconocido a nivel mundial, originario de India y que vivió en Cumaná, donde enseño su ciencia y estudio las propiedades de las plantas locales y usos terapéuticos y otras propiedades útiles.
