Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC espero que estén teniendo una excelente semana hoy les vengo a compartir unas fotografías de mi entrenamiento de empuje, hoy para mi rutina decidí hacer un circuito de varios ejercicios de empuje. Pase toda mi mañana planificado mi rutina del día de hoy porque realmente quiero entrenar bastante porque no voy a estar en mi hogar dos días sin poder entrenar por cuestiones de cultura familiar entonces una vez termine de planificar mi rutina espere que fuera de tarde para ir a entrenar una vez ya siendo la hora de entrenar fui al parque, llegue al parque a las 5:30 y empecé con mi calentamiento para evitar lesiones una vez terminado el calentamiento comencé con el circuito para comenzar hice 50 flexiones, 50 fondos, 50 bardips, 50 flexiones inclinadas, 50 flexiones declinadas, 30 flexiones arqueras por cada lado, 50 flexiones tigre y para finalizar el circuito hice 50 flexiones busos o también llamadas flexiones hindú sin más que agregar muchas gracias por su atención y tiempo para leer mi post nos vemos en una próxima entrega feliz semana Santa.
