- ::...Hello everyone. Today in Koh Phangan, it rains a lot. I was working on renovating the shop by painting the layout and pillars. And now I have some free time. So I wrote this story. Every time I travel to Trang I usually get up very early, at 5:30 AM, to go eat dim sum for breakfast. In Trang in the morning every morning, they usually open the shop in the morning and close at 8-9 in the morning. and will sell Dim Sum, Padang Go, Steamed Buns, Fried Buns, Boiled Rice, Congee, Chicken Rice, Pork Leg Rice, Red Pork Rice and Kaolao. And people like to eat these things as well at that time, which is a very strange thing. And every shop has its own recipe. which is very delicious

Kanokwan :: ติ่มซํามื้อเช้า 🥟
- ::...สวัสดีเพื่อนๆทุกคนนะคะ วันนี้ที่เกาะพะงันฝนตกหนักมากเลย ฉันทำงานปรับปรุงร้านด้วยการทาสีผังและเสาร้านค่ะ และตอนนี้ฉันมีเวลาว่างครู่นึง จึงเขียนเรื่องราวนี้ค่ะ ในทุกๆครั้งที่ฉันเดินทางไปยังจังหวัดตรัง ฉันมักจะตื่นตั้งเช้ามากๆคือเวลาตี 5ครึ่งค่ะ เพื่อไปทานติ่มซำเป็นมื้อเช้าค่ะ ที่เมืองตรังในช่วงเช้าทุกๆที่มักจะเปิดร้านขายแบบโต้รุ่งและปิดในเวลา 8 - 9 โมงเช้ากันค่ะ และจะขายของประเภทติ่มซำ ปาท่องโก๋ ซาลาเปานึ่ง ซาลาเปาทอด ข้าวต้ม โจ๊ก ข้าวมันไก่ ข้าวขาหมู ข้าวหมูแดง และเกาเหลาค่ะ ซึ่ง ณ เวลานี้จะไม่ค่อยมีร้านไหนขายเมนูอื่นกันเลย และคนนิยมทานของพวกนี้กันเท่านั่นด้วย ณ เวลานั่น ซึ่งมันเป็นเรื่องที่แปลกมากเลยค่ะ และทุกๆร้านจะมีสูตรเป็นของตัวเองค่ะ ซึ่งมันอร่อยมากๆเลยค่ะ
