the chamomile tea drink with lemon🍋 is one of my favorites chamomile with its anti-inflammatory properties combined with lemon 🍋 detoxifying and antibiotic make a perfect couple for the day, I put a little honey and if you have ginger it gives the perfect spicy touch, try it you will feel better.
