It was another spontaneous trip last year when my cousins and I together with our parents decided to visit Lantaw de Samboan located at our hometown in Samboan, Cebu. The town is actually situated near the southernmost tip of the island of Cebu, Philippines. It is one of the newest attraction here in Samboan aside from the several waterfalls located at different areas of the town.
Lantaw de Samboan gives you the perfect view of the island of Negros and view of the strait located in between the two islands. It was such a fortunate trip since we were able to witness the sunset despite the weather slowly turning into a gloomy one. I was mesmerized by the view seen at the viewing deck. There is also a campsite locate at Lantaw de Samboan and there are actually rooms that you can rent at the area. It's really the perfect getaway since the city life tends to get tiring. I will definitely go back with my family and friends at this place soon.
