Mis amigos y yo decidimos tomarnos la tarde para mostrar al público como se entrena en nuestro mundo de calistenia, dados los implementos y nuestra experiencia decidimos enfocarnos en la parada de manos para mejorarla.
Terminé mi entreno muy feliz porque saqué unas nuevas transiciones de paralelas y porqué en toda la tarde muchas personas se acercaban para vernos, tomarnos fotos y elogiarnos! Eso significa que nuestro esfuerzo está dando resultados y la gente reconocé cada día más nuestra disciplina y el mensaje que queremos promover de llevar una vida activa, sana y deportiva.
My friends and I decided to take the afternoon to show the public how to train in our calisthenics world, given the implements and our experience we decided to focus on the handstand to improve it.
I finished my workout very happy because I got some new parallel transitions and because throughout the afternoon many people came up to see us, take pictures and praise us! That means that our effort is paying off and people are recognizing more and more our discipline and the message we want to promote to lead an active, healthy and sporty life.
