



Comer saludablemente representa un reto para mí. No se trata de seguir un régimen alimenticio estricto ni de consumir ciertas cantidades en momentos específicos. Sin embargo, desde hace un tiempo probé una versión de pollo salteado que me ha gustado muchísimo. Lleva pimentón, cebolla, zanahoria, cebollín, ajo y un poco de agua. La preparación es muy sencilla: utilicé pollo, lo condimenté con ajo y lo sofreí en su propio aceite. Luego, incorporé los vegetales a fuego bajo, y así se terminó la cocción. Es una opción bastante saludable y nutritiva para cualquier hora del día.
