Sweet day friends! Here I share with you my first Peruvian Table that I made to enjoy with my family and some friends who came to visit.
It consists of a table where some snacks are placed to enjoy while we talk at the meeting. In the center we place the sauces or spreads and around it we place our favorite appetizers.
This time I took the tastes of each of the guests, to please them all with what they like and placed an outline of each one.
The contours I selected were: puffed rice crackers, almonds and walnuts, this to meet the nuts and carbohydrates. Grapes and kiwi so that the fruit and tart sweetness were present. Quail eggs, mozzarella cheese rolls and salamijunto with olives to give elegance to the Peruvian table and the spread was a sweet and sour paprika cream that I prepared with cream cheese and red pepper, by the way it was delicious.
Everyone accompanied their combination of contours with a glass of wine of their choice.
I love get-togethers with friends. For me it is a way to free ourselves from routine, between laughter and conversation, let ourselves go and then be grateful for these moments with valuable people. The truth is that we often do this kind of meetings and it is always to eat something delicious.

Mi primera Tabla peruana
¡Dulce día amigos! Por aquí paso a compartirles mi primera Tabla peruana que hice para disfrutar en familia y con algunos amigos que vinieron de visita.
Consiste en una tabla donde se ubican algunas botanas para disfrutar mientras conversamos en la reunión. En el centro se ubican las salsas o untables y en el contorno colocamos nuestros aperitivos favoritos.
En esta ocasión tomé los gustos de cada uno de los invitados, para complacerlos a todos con lo que les gusta y ubiqué un contorno de cada uno.
Los contornos que seleccioné fueron: galletas de arroz inflado, almendras y nueces, esto para cumplir con los frutos secos y carbohidratos. Uvas y kiwi para que la fruta y el dulce ácido estuvieran presentes. Huevos de codorniz, queso mozzarella en rollos y salamijunto con las aceitunas para darle elegancia a la tabla peruana y el untable era una crema agridulce de pimentón que preparé con queso crema y pimentón rojo, por cierto quedó deliciosa.
Cada quien acompañó su combinación de contornos con una copa del vino de su preferencia.
Las reuniones entre amigos me encantan. Es para mí una forma de liberarnos de la rutina, entre risas y conversas dejarnos llevar y luego agradecer por estos momentos con personas valiosas. La verdad es que realizamos este tipo de encuentros seguido y siempre es para comer algo delicioso.
