May 5th is an important day in Mexico, it commemorates the victory of the Mexican troops against the invading forces of the French Second Empire at the Battle of Puebla, which took part in the year of 1862.
Saying so, today is the anniversary of that date, for this reason I present here some photos of a dinner that I had recently at a Mexican restaurant. I had “quesadillas” of chicken and a Corona beer this was served in a very “singular” manner in a jar having the shape of a skull, as you can see in the photos.
All the photos were taken with the camera of a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra and edited in Gimp.
El 5 de mayo es una fiesta patria importante en México, celebra la victoria de las tropas mexicanas sobre las fuerza invasoras del Segundo Imperio Frances en la batalla de Puebla en 1862.
Dicho eso y dado que hoy es el aniversario de esa fecha, presento aquí unas fotos de una cena que tuve recientemente en un restaurante mexicano. Pedí quesadillas de pollo y una cerveza Corona, la más conocida del país azteca. Esta me fue servida de una manera muy singular en un jarra en forma de calavera.

The glass cup is the first thing I noticed and I usually notice food first 😅. I love it. Love such creativity.
Did you say quesedillas of chicken? Pray tell, what's that meal made up of? Chicken?
The meal is made of "tortillas" (corn) filled up with chicken and covered with cheese.
