Wundrung Ngalap Ritual Ceremony Dance Amirue
Today I want to share with friends one of the Indonesian Cultural Dances, namely the Iruang Wundrung Ngalap Amirue Ritual Ceremony Dance from Central Kalimantan. Usually this dance is staged at arts and cultural performances. At first glance we see this tarain is very easy to do, but when you do it it's a little difficult.

The Wundrung Ngalap Amirue Ritual Ceremony Dance is usually accompanied by traditional music with traditional musical instruments such as drums, gongs, kenong, vocal sounds and rattan wood.

All pictures were taken with the Canon Eos 600D. with the default lens also with manual settings.

What was the ritual / ceremony for?

Some really good pictures, and stunning outfits!

The Iruang Wundrung dance comes from the Dayak Ma'anyan language of the Barito Region which means the word Iruang which literally means to limit/make a place in the same room and Wundrung is a property, the property here is the dance used by traditional shamans in the form of leaves. Young coconuts are used to heal people who have mystical disorders.

So broadly speaking, the purpose of this traditional dance is to share one goal in one room to heal and exorcise evil spirits using Ritual Ceremonies. Like they did it.
