During the bear market, times for being able to treat myself to a nice dinner has come pretty few and far between, lol. It's normally what ever is in the pre-made case at the grocery store, lol. Yesterday was an extremely productive day with my new job so I decided to say screw it and go and get some dinner at a place called The Paddock. It's a nice spot for sure, and the menu reflected that as well, lol. Everything was A-la-cart and not exactly cheap, lol.
Sat down and got a PBR, or Pabst Blue Ribbon for those that don't know the letters, lol. Hey it was on special at 2.50 a beer, so I had 2, which I am regretting a bit this morning, but there isn't anything a good bowl of cannabis, water, and coffee can't fix, lol.
The Ruben was off the charts. They slow roast their corned beef in house. It was freaking AMAZING! Probably the best Ruben I have had in a long time. So now with a nice belly full of meat, fries, and beer, I was able to chill out and enjoy the rest of my evening!
Sometimes you just have to treat yourself!
