Today has been a strange day for autumn.
High temperature, sunny but very foggy at the same time although the photos I have taken have been quite beautiful.
I had little time to train so I opted for a progressive 7km starting at 5'/km and finishing quite fast.
My legs have worked wonderfully and I would have run much longer but one has to adapt to the time available and today has been a difficult day to manage.
In short, 7km run in 32'30", at a cadence of 4'38"/km on average. Average heart rate of 155 bpm, working in the high aerobic zone and with room to push harder.

In winter it feels so good whenever the sun comes out and when the weather warms up it gives a lot of comfort in the cold.
The weather must have really been so much sunny right?
