I am an idealist, I believe in the law of attraction and good things in the world come to people who think positively. I often go to pray at temples, pagodas or churches. It is a fact that many Vietnamese people do not follow a religion at all, like me. But we still believe in spirituality and good direction, believing that always be kind will make our life beautifully

(Tam Chuc Pagoda - the largest one of Vietnam)

(Signature gate in the past of Vietnam)
Vietnam has a lot of temples, pagodas and churches. If Buddhism from pagodas and temples were built a long time ago around the 10th century, the churches were built in the 18th century
Most of the pagodas have the architecture of dragon and phoenix - the mascots associated with Vietnam's feudal dynasties. The structure is mostly made of Lim wood and is not too wide. Vietnamese people often go to the temple to pray on the 1st and 15th lunar month. They use incense with a distinctive scent to express their respects

(Da Nang with Linh Ung Pagoda - a pagoda where from My Khe beach you can see a very large statue of Guanyin)

(Colorful incent from a traditional Hue village)

(Thien Mu Pagoda is very famous and becomes a must-seen destination for visiting Hue)
Churches in Vietnam were built a lot with typical French architecture. Building materials from stone or wood so feel very strong. People often go to church to pray on Sunday and especially Christmas - a special and joyful

(I was in front of Nam Dinh Church before Tet holiday)

(A part of Notre Dame Cathedral in Saigon, Vietnam)
The pagoda and church both marked Vietnamese history over the years and became a famous tourist destination in each local area. Hanoi is famous for its St. Joseph’s Cathedral, Saigon for its Notre Dame Cathedral, and Da Lat for its Con Ga church. Hue is well-known for Thien Mu Pagoda, Da Nang with Linh Ung Pagoda - a pagoda where from My Khe beach you can see a very large statue of Guanyin. And there are many other famous spiritual places
