Hola, amigos de #HiveMexico. Hace unos días fue el tradicional desfile de Reyes y no quise perder la oportunidad de compartirles un poco de este evento tan bonito y colorido, el cual se realiza año tras año en la ciudad en la que vivo. Es organizado por el ayuntamiento en conjunto con varias empresas locales, así como también con la participación de escuelas que se suman con sus bandas de guerra. Todos forman un bonito desfile de carrozas, espectáculos y música que recorren varias calles de la ciudad y terminan concentrándose en el zócalo para darle conclusión al desfile.
Este es el tercer desfile al que asisto y ha sido uno de mis favoritos. Hubo muchas más carrozas que en años anteriores y fueron mucho más bonitas. Además, Leo ahora está más grande y disfruta mucho más de todo, contagiándonos su alegría y asombro por lo que está viendo.
Cualquiera esperaría que el momento más esperado por todos fuera ver finalmente a los Reyes Magos. Sin embargo, año tras año, el desfile de los Dr. Simi se consagra como el momento más divertido de la noche. No solo repartieron dulces, sino que con la energía que caracteriza a sus bailes, crearon un ambiente fantástico que divirtió tanto a chicos como a grandes.
Quizás lo único que podría reprocharle a este evento es que siempre comienza con retraso. La cita fue a las 6:30 y el desfile llegó al centro casi una hora y media después. Esto resulta algo problemático, especialmente considerando que es un evento para niños y que el frío de estas noches ha sido considerable. Afortunadamente, la ruta del desfile pasa a unas cuadras de nuestra casa, así que salimos preparados con unos bancos y esperamos tranquilamente a que comenzara el evento.
Como cada año, fue una experiencia muy linda que disfrutamos mucho, especialmente Leo, quien no solo quedó encantado con todo el espectáculo, sino que también regresó a casa con un buen botín de dulces. Fue una noche más que satisfactoria para los más pequeños. Y también, como cada año, este desfile marcó el fin de las festividades navideñas y de fin de año. También dijimos adiós a la villa iluminada, que, aunque hermosa, convertía el centro de la ciudad en un caos intransitable.
Ahora nos quedan unos cuantos meses de calma hasta que la próxima temporada vacacional vuelva a llenar nuestras calles de visitantes y de fiesta.
My Night at the Three Kings Parade
Hello, friends of #HiveMexico. A few days ago was the traditional Three Kings parade, and I didn't want to miss the opportunity to share with you a bit of this beautiful and colorful event, which takes place year after year in the city where I live. It is organized by the City Hall in conjunction with several local businesses, as well as the participation of schools that join in with their marching bands. They all form a beautiful parade of floats, shows, and music that go through numerous streets of the city and end up concentrating in the town square to conclude the parade.
This is the third parade I have attended, and it has been one of my favorites. There were many more floats than in previous years, and they were much prettier. Also, Leo is older now and enjoys everything so much more, infecting us with his joy and wonder at what he is seeing.
Anyone would expect that the most awaited moment for everyone would be to finally see the Three Wise Men. However, year after year, the Dr. Simi parade is the most fun moment of the night. Not only did they hand out candy, but with the energy that characterizes their dances, they created a fantastic atmosphere that entertained both children and adults.
Perhaps the only thing I could reproach this event for is that it always starts late. The appointment was at 6:30 and the parade arrived downtown almost an hour and a half later. This is somewhat problematic, especially considering that it is a children's event and that the cold weather this evening has been considerable. Fortunately, the parade route passes a few blocks from our house, so we went out prepared with some benches and waited quietly for the event to begin.
As every year, it was a very nice experience that we enjoyed very much, especially Leo, who not only was delighted with the whole show, but also came home with a nice haul of candy. It was a more than satisfying night for the little ones. And also, as every year, this parade marked the end of the Christmas and New Year's festivities. We also said goodbye to the illuminated village, which, although beautiful, turned the city center into an impassable chaos.
Now we have a few months of calm until the next holiday season returns to fill our streets with visitors and festivities.

Yo no entiendo para qué lo hacen, pero está chévere el desmadre y le dieron dulces a Leo así que 10/10
Siempre se necesitan más celebraciones.

Si, estaban hermosas y aunque yo no soy mucho de tradiciones, es un momento muy ameno para los niños.
