Saludos para todos, amigos de la comunidad de #EmpowerTalent, con el tema que nos traen cada semana, especialmente con nuestra querida @angelica7, para invitarnos a escribir sobre: "Almas gemelas", es un tema inspirado en la creencia de que dos almas se pueden encontrar sin saber que desde las vidas pasadas ya se han encontrado y tienen su contrato firmado.
Resulta importante imaginar que cada uno puede tener un alma gemela, y esto no solo es en relación de amores, porque pensamos que las almas pueden ser encontradas en amigos, familiares e incluso mascotas, es un tema con múltiples aristas para abortar, a continuación mi participación:
Muchas veces pasamos por dolores y desengaños esperando que alguien nos salve, hasta que maduramos y nos hacemos responsables por nuestra felicidad, pues así como vibremos internamente, así atraeremos a las personas que necesitamos en la vida para seguir creciendo.
Reconocer mi alma gemela
Pienso que venimos a esta vida a aprender, a experimentar y eso incluye conocer y compartir con otras personas nuestra vida. En cierta forma, creo que una persona se convierte en tu alma gemela, cuando te acepta tal y como eres y viceversa, pero eso se ve a través del tiempo, siempre he pensado que son alma gemelas cuando se aman las cualidades y se perdonan los defectos mutuamente.
Creo que en realidad lo que atraemos es un alma afín con quien nos llevamos bien porque nosotras estamos bien internamente y completas en sí mismas y eso es lo que atraemos, otra alma que está bien y completa en sí misma y de esta manera nos juntamos a compartir abundancia en vez de carencias y apegos.
Compartir esa felicidad que debemos tener en nuestro interior
Por supuesto que esto nace si compartimos los mismos ideales y vivimos en función de un mayor bien y no para tapar crisis internas, sino desde una conciencia de amor, ya sea de pareja, familia, amigos. Pienso que para que una relación así se pueda dar requiere de mucho trabajo interno y de tener la capacidad de nutrirse a sí mismo.
En particular no me imagino estar con alguien que haga, diga y piense como yo, nos falta aprender a aceptarnos tal cual somos, para proyectar lo mismo y que nos acepten otras personas, como nos aceptamos así mismas. Muchas veces como personas buscamos la felicidad en donde no está, en lugar de compartir esa felicidad que debemos tener en nuestro interior.
Aprender a convivir con la otra persona
En el mundo hay seres que de verdad son gemelos y pelean entre ellos mismos. Tengo unas sobrinas gemelas y lo que he notado es que aun cuando tengan desacuerdos por su diferente forma de ser, ellas están muy unidas, a diferencia de su hermana mayor mi otra sobrina, es decir, una siempre está pendiente de la otra, y nosotros como familia sabemos que aunque son iguales físicamente cada una tiene su propia personalidad.
En cierta forma no soy de la opinión de que existan las almas gemelas, pero si soy de la opinión que hay personas que se pueden llegar a identificar, muchas veces es solo de aprender a convivir con la otra persona con sus defectos y sus virtudes, por supuesto que también seamos aceptados tal cual somos, todo ello ayudará de muchas formas en el crecimiento personal.
Así es el amor de dos personas que reconocen y se sienten almas gemelas
Entonces lo que yo pienso que pasa es que se encuentre en el caso de una pareja, ese ser que sea afín a uno, pero teniendo en cuenta que son dos personas diferentes y carácter diferentes. Si se pueden conocer y tratarse para comprenderse muy bien, es cuando surge la unión y serán felices si así ellos lo desean. Siempre he creído en el amor verdadero, en el que hay reciprocidad de parte y parte. Así es el amor de dos personas que reconocen y se sienten almas gemelas.
No existe la perfección en esta vida terrenal, no sólo las parejas tienen contratiempos y problemas que encarar, también ocurre con los amigos, pero cuando trabajan las partes juntas, se puede llegar a sostener una relación de amistad verdadera o un hogar duradero y por supuesto con amor, pensando siempre en el bienestar de los seres queridos de nuestro entorno.

I think we come into this life to learn, to experience and that includes meeting and sharing our lives with other people. In a way, I think a person becomes your soul mate, when they accept you as you are and vice versa, but that is seen over time, I have always thought that you are soul mates when you love each other's qualities and forgive each other's faults.
I believe that in reality what we attract is a kindred soul with whom we get along because we are internally well and complete in ourselves and that is what we attract, another soul that is well and complete in itself and in this way we come together to share abundance instead of lack and attachments.
Sharing the happiness we should have within ourselves
Of course this is born if we share the same ideals and live for the greater good, and not to cover up internal crises, but from a consciousness of love, be it as a couple, family, friends. I think that for such a relationship to happen it requires a lot of inner work and the ability to nurture oneself.
In particular I can't imagine being with someone who does, says and thinks like me, we need to learn to accept ourselves as we are, to project the same and to be accepted by other people, as we accept ourselves. Many times as people we look for happiness where it is not, instead of sharing that happiness that we should have within ourselves.
Learning to live with the other person
In the world there are beings that are really twins and they fight with each other. I have twin nieces and what I have noticed is that even when they have disagreements because of their different ways of being, they are very close, unlike their older sister my other niece, that is, one is always looking out for the other, and we as a family know that although they are physically the same, each one has her own personality.
In a certain way I am not of the opinion that soul mates exist, but I am of the opinion that there are people who can identify with each other, many times it is just a matter of learning to live with the other person with their faults and virtues, of course we also have to accept each other as we are, all of this will help in many ways in personal growth.

So what I think happens is that you find in the case of a couple, that being who is like-minded to you, but bearing in mind that they are two different people and different characters. If they can get to know each other and treat each other so that they understand each other very well, that's when the union will happen and they will be happy if they want to be happy. Soy de los que piensan que las almas gemelas se encuentran así mismas y es algo que se da en forma natural y de manera orgánica.
Al igual que vos, pienso que existe un gran poder de atracción entre dos almas gemelas y que si existe nuestra nuestra alma gemela es inevitable que en algún momento se cruce en nuestro camino y no necesariamente tiene que ser en una relación amorosa.
Pienso que para poder hallar ese alma gemela primero es importante encontrarnos a nosotros mismos, encontrar nuestra esencia y actuar en consecuencia. Allí se allanan todos nuestros caminos
Muchas se piensa que uno no encuentra a su alma gemela porque no encuentra quienes piensen como nosotros o tenga nuestros mismos gustos, pero en verdad va mucho más allá de eso. Un alma gemela nos acepta y nos aprecia aun teniendo diferencias y no hay ningún tipo de condicionalidad en esa simbiosis espiritual que muchas veces se logra.
La vida es muy bella y para disfrutarla solo basta vibrar en una linda energía y dejar que las sensaciones y las emociones fluyan y de seguro en algún momento llegue a nuestras vidas nuestra alma gemela.

Me encanto esa parte, cuando estamos en capacidad de ceder para que el otro esté bien, porque ya estoy bien, sin menospreciar, entonces los dos estarán bien, serán almas gemelas. Cuando trabajo para que el otro este bien, cuando estoy bien, eso es hermoso, es comprensión, respeto, empatía, cuido y otras muchas cosas más.
