Inmediatamente que leí el tema de esta semana, mi mente se trasladó a un conversatorio que estaba dirigido por personas que manejan la técnica de Programación Neurolingüística, en ese tiempo estaba en búsqueda de esas herramientas para equilibrar algunas emociones y también muchas dudas del sistema donde estaba. En estas charlas aprendí que a través de los sentidos podíamos equilibrarnos, organizar nuestro mundo interior. Puedo decir, que muchas personas hablan de ser auténticos, que no podemos fingir ser otra persona, pero entendiendo este concepto podemos dejarnos guiar por esa figura que creemos que está bien sin necesidad de copiar todo, solo quedarnos con lo mejor de ese ser.

Me pasa algo bien gracioso, hay un actor que me llama mucho mi atención por ser un hombre correcto según lo poco que he podido saber de él, lo veo que no ha estado metido en problemas ni esa fama de desequilibrados que tienen muchos actores en el medio que se desenvuelven. Estoy clara que no voy a copiar sus conductas al hablar, tampoco sus movimientos, nada de querer moverme en un escenario como él, aunque este señor me anima a tener nuevos modelos en mi vida para imitar su buena reputación estoy bien claro de dónde vengo y hasta donde puedo llegar.

Siguiendo con este tema que nos puede ayudar a realizar cambios contundentes en nuestra vida puedo decir, que tomando en cuenta algunos modelos podemos hasta evitar muchos problemas que van desde tener la capacidad de adaptarnos a entornos que incomodan, también podemos expresarnos con mayor comodidad, saber un poco más de las emociones y expresarnos con más fluidez, tampoco quiero decir con esto que nos haremos los locos, pero teniendo esos ejemplos podemos estar más tranquilos y ser más felices.
