I am always saying to myself to wake up in the morning and run on sand when I go to my flat at the sea. But for some reason I find myself lazy doing that and I don't know what to do to change that...
Being able to run on near the sea is awesome! On getting and staying motivated - just try different things! Maybe evening or lunch runs work better for you?
I try to view every run as quality time for myself. Rather than managing stuff with the kids or at work - I can just relax for a few hours with nothing to worry about other than just that run!
Also running with / without music is a total different vibe - might be worth to experiment with that!
