Long Run (12K, 67')

Yoyoyo runners !!!

In this post, I’m sharing my Sunday workout — my Long Run (12K, 67').

I woke up full of energy today. After grabbing a cup of tea at the university club, I headed toward the campus stadium where I usually do my workouts.
The weather was gorgeous, almost like summer, as you can see in the photos below. and I got excited immediately.

More details:
It was a really nice session, and I enjoyed it a lot. The goal was to run at a 6:00/km pace, but I ended up a bit faster at the start. I decided to stick with it and see if I could push a little more by the end — no complaints!
