Estoy en el día 4 del reto #21dias corriendo. Yo marqué la meta diaria de 5 km sin embargo he estado agotada de tanto correr. Para muchos esta distancia es poca, para mi es bastante.
Estos últimos meses he trabajado en mejorar los tiempos en correr 5km, pero con este reto que me he trazado creo que los tiempos fluctúan a más lento 🤣
Mi idea sigue siendo mejorar, pero estos 17 días que restan del reto lo tomaré con calma, porque de lo contrario la probabilidad que lo abandone es alta 🤣

No estoy segura hasta donde lleve este reto, porque está poderosamente exigente, no solo por correr todos los días 5 kilómetros, sino que además me genera bastante trabajo con lavar y secar mi cabello 🤣🤣
Trabajar con pesas es otra de las cosas que no he podido hacer, pero esta semana si me voy a organizar para hacerlas; ya que el tiempo que necesito para correr son solo 35 minutos. Aunque si no me ayuda el tiempo iré dos veces al día al gimnasio.
Solo debo dormir más y todo estará bien 🤣🤣

Este reto me tiene el cuerpo bastante cansado, además esta semana he tenido muchísimo trabajo lo que también ayuda a que mi mente se agote. ☹
Sin embargo, cuando estoy corriendo sé que soy afortunada, que es un regalo lo que me estoy entregando en cada paso. Soy afortunada de estar viva y de sentir mi corazón rápidamente mientras corro.

I am on day 4 of the #21dayrunning challenge. I set a daily goal of 5 km but I have been exhausted from so much running. For many people this distance is not enough, for me it is quite a lot.

I'm not sure how far I'll take this challenge, because it's powerfully demanding, not only for running every day 5 kilometers, but it also generates quite a bit of work with washing and drying my hair 🤣🤣.
Working with weights is another thing I haven't been able to do, but this week I'm going to organize myself to do them; since the time I need to run is only 35 minutes. Although if time doesn't help I will go twice a day to the gym.
I just need to get more sleep and everything will be fine 🤣🤣.

I'm about to sign up for an upcoming race 🥳🥳🥳🥳.
This challenge has my body pretty tired, plus I've had a ton of work this week which also helps my mind get exhausted. ☹
However, when I am running I know that I am lucky, that it is a gift that I am giving myself with each step. I am fortunate to be alive and to feel my heart quickly as I run.
Life itself motivates me to give a little more 😍
