Thanks man! Yeah tomorrow the second big test. 3x 5km at race pace (2 slower km in between). Should be slightly above 30 km - if that goes well I will set my goal pace at 4:15.
Weather is going to make such a big difference! 2 weeks back when there was storm I could not maintain 4:25-4:35 in the last part. So like you said let’s hope conditions are favorable
Despite peakweek I am considering giving today another full rest to ace tomorrows traing (hrv noisedived and all 3 of my girls are not feeling that well haha) last run before taper, so we going to make it helpen!
