Yes, that’s true. I think this workout will carry over well to my 5K race on January 18 — aiming for sub-22.
You should be able to make < 22 min, < 21 should also be doable. My 1km interval training is roughly the same as yours (3:50 - 4:00 / km), so you are going to rock it!
