Esta es una iniciativa de parte de @bluemist para conocer los tres testigos preferidos por cada miembro de la comunidad.
Esta iniciativa me recordó actualizar mi lista de testigos. El principal cambio es que he utilizado mis 30 votos disponibles. Mi Top3 de testigos se basa en los que para mí han tenido y tienen alguna contribución especial a Hive.

Actualmente en el puesto N°50. Este testigo desempeña una función muy importante en la blockchain de Hive, pues recordemos que no solo @STEMsocial es una comunidad de Hive que se dedica a la divulgación de contenido STEM (ciencia, matemática, ingeniería, matemática y más), sino que tiene su propia dApp: https://stem.openhive.network/.
Este testigo fue anunciado en septiembre de 2018, y su principal objetivo es implementar el uso de Hive como un medio de divulgación de contenido STEM en la Web. La dApp también tiene como objetivo crear enlaces con institutos de todo el mundo.
Gran parte de mi crecimiento en esta plataforma se lo debo a su proyecto de curación de contenido STEM, especialmente en el área de ingeniería, ya que esa es mi profesión y el tema de la mayoría de mis posts.
La subcomunidad en español de este proyecto se denomina @stem-espanol, y es la principal comunidad científica habla hispana en Hive.
Currently in the position N°50. This witness plays a very important role in the Hive blockchain, because let's remember that not only @STEMsocial is the Hive community dedicated to STEM content (science, mathematics, engineering, math and more), but it has its own dApp: https://stem.openhive.network/.
This witness was announced in September 2018, and its main objective is to implement the use of Hive as a means of communicating STEM content accross the Web. The dApp also aims to create links with institutes around the world.
A big part of my growth in this platform is due to STEMsocial (formely SteemSTEM) curation project, especially in the engineering area, since that is my profession and the subject of most of my posts.
The Spanish sub-community of this project is called @stem-espanol, and it is the main Spanish-speaking scientific community in Hive.

Este es un proyecto de curación muy importante en Hive. Han apoyado contenido de prácticamente todas las índoles, siempre recompensando autores originales, creativos y que brinden valor a la comunidad. Tal como dice su lema: descubriendo contenido excepcional.
Ha sido desde siempre, un prestigioso proyecto de curación, brindando crecimiento y apoyo a la comunidad. Han llevado su apoyo también al contenido científico de la comunidad STEMsocial, ya que forman parte de su Trail de curación.
This is a very important curation project on Hive. They have supported content of virtually all kinds, always rewarding original, creative authors who provide value to the community. As their motto says: discovering exceptional content.
It has always been a prestigious curation project, providing growth and support to the community. They have also brought their support to the scientific content of the STEMsocial community, as they are part of their Curation Trail.

PeakD es una dApp muy potente, que permite interactuar con la blockchain de Hive de forma muy cómoda e interactiva. Su editor es bastante cómodo, tiene la opción de manejar tu billetera dentro de la página, puedes revisar tus estadísticas, votar a testigos, y realizar muchas otras cosas de forma segura, ya que tus claves están protegidas ya sea por Keychain, Hivesigner o PeakLock.
PeakD proporciona una interfaz muy completa tanto para creadores de contenido como para los lectores. Ha sido una dApp muy valiosa para mi ya que no tengo acceso continuo a aplicaciones móviles como dApplr.
No podemos dejar atrás a Hive.blog, la cual utilicé por mucho tiempo como interfaz principal, y sigo utilizando de forma ocasional. Pero PeakD me ha permitido un mayor alcance a la hora de consumir contenido y ejecutar diversas tareas.
PeakD is a very powerful dApp, which allows to interact with the Hive blockchain in a very comfortable and interactive way. Its editor is quite comfortable, it has the option to manage your wallet inside the page, you can check your statistics, vote for witnesses, and do many other things safely, since your keys are protected either by Keychain, Hivesigner or PeakLock.
PeakD provides a very complete interface for both content creators and readers. It has been a very valuable dApp for me since I don't have continuous access to mobile applications like dApplr.
We can't leave behind Hive.blog, which I used for a long time as my main interface, and I still use it occasionally. But PeakD has allowed me a greater scope when consuming content and to execute diverse tasks.
Mis criterios de voto y cambios | My vote criteria and changes
Personalmente, voto a los testigos que están activamente involucrados en el desarrollo de Hive. He actualizado mi lista de testigos, según el criterio de que estos aporten crecimiento a la blockchain a través de proyectos de curación, desarrollo o aplicaciones que hayan sido o sean potencialmente beneficiosas para mi como parte de la comunidad.
Por mencionar dos ejemplos, LeoFinance es una comunidad en la cual nunca he interactuado, pero he estado al tanto de su crecimiento y leo su contenido de vez en cuando. Nunca he publicado videos en 3speak, pero planeo hacerlo, y además he utilizado dicha dApp para ver contenido audiovisual. He dado mi voto al testigo de ambos proyectos.
I personally vote for the witnesses who are actively involved in the development of Hive. I have updated my list of witnesses, according to the criteria that they bring growth to the blockchain through curation projects, development or applications that have been or are potentially beneficial to me as part of the community.
To mention two examples, LeoFinance is a community that I have never interacted with, but I have been aware of its growth and read its content from time to time. I have never posted videos on 3speak, but plan to, and have used the dApp to view audiovisual content. I have given my vote to the witness of both projects.
No conozco muy bien a algunos testigos entre los 20 primeros, pero sé que realizan un buen trabajo, debido a la reputación que tienen, ya que otros testigos y usuarios hablan muy bien de ellos y de lo que aportan en el mantenimiento de los nodos. Sin embargo, hay otros testigos entre los primeros 20 los cuales no conozco mucho, y me gustaría conocer más antes de darles mi voto.
No suelo cambiar mis votos a los testigos a menudo. Por otro lado, mantener un ojo en el trabajo de los testigos es una tarea que le corresponde a todo usuario que tenga una visión de Hive como plataforma para sus proyectos tanto a corto como a largo plazo.
I do not know very well some witnesses among the first 20, but I know that they do a good job, due to the reputation they have, since other witnesses and users speak very well of them and of what they contribute in the maintenance of the nodes. However, there are other witnesses among the first 20 which I don't know much, and I would like to know more before giving them my vote.
I don't usually change my votes to the witnesses very often. On the other hand, keeping an eye on the work of the witnesses is a task for every user who has a vision of Hive as a platform for their projects both in the short and long term.
