Today I cooked a delicious meal that I can't get enough of.
Now I will tell you how to make this delicious dish.

Shami kebab is one of the Iranian dishes similar to a cutlet, which is made with eggs, potatoes, and a little chickpea flour. Shami kebab is made with pomegranate paste in the north of Iran.
The Shami kebab can be served with rice or bread. it is usually served with the sauce because it is a dried barbecue.

ingredients to prepare a dinner for two

.Minced meat 500 grams
.One medium onion
.Two cloves of garlic
.One or two eggs
.Salt, turmeric, and black pepper as needed
.Two medium potatoes grated and drained

First, we take the skin of the potatoes, then grate them with a fine grater and squeeze the excess water from the potatoes. Pour the grated potato into a large bowl.

Next, grate the onion in the same way and add it to the potato after removing the excess water. At this stage, we add the minced meat along with some salt, black pepper, and turmeric to the potato and grated onion mixture.
We mix the ingredients well and knead them with our hands for a few minutes until they are smooth. Next, we add a little chickpea flour so that the mixture becomes more consistent and does not have a loose and watery state.

You can fry it after the sauce is ready, but if possible, put the sauce in the refrigerator for a few hours so that you have a tastier kebab at the end of cooking.
.After the kebab sauce has rested well, we take it out of the refrigerator, then put a suitable pan on the heat and pour some liquid oil into the pan, and let the oil heat up well.

After the oil is well heated, we shape the cutlets grain by grain by hand and put them in the oil until they are fried. After the edges of the cutlets are fried and colored, we turn them over so that the other side is also fried.
