How to Make Spinach Pie at Home?

Today I prepared myself a mini cake and spinach pie at home. Those who want to make spinach pies will be able to make both easy and delicious with this recipe at home. Spinach has important vitamins for our body, but some people cannot consume it as a spinach dish, so even people who don't like spinach find the spinach pastry delicious. First, I will start with the materials that should be used in the production of Spinach Pie and then I will give the recipe.

Ingredients to be Used in Making Spinach Pie:

  • 4 ready-made dough sheets (or you can make dough yourself at home)
  • 250-300 grams of spinach
  • 1 cup curd cheese (optional)
  • Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 plate of yogurt
  • 1 tea glass of milk
  • Half a glass of oil
    1 teaspoon baking powder

Spinach Pastry Making Stages :

  • Separate the waves of spinach one by one and wash them thoroughly in water.
    Put the spinach into the bowl.
    Optionally, cut the onion small and put it for spinach. Add 1 teaspoon of salt into the large plate where you put the spinach and wait for the spinach to drain. After the broth comes out, you can add curd cheese or feta cheese if you want. I also used curd cheese. Then add the spices you want to use in the pot and create your sauce. I mixed my spices with yogurt, eggs, milk and baking powder in a large plate. We have completed the first stage, then pour the sauce that you have prepared with your dough, which you make with your ready dough or at home, and cover it. Fill your pastry with spinach, which is your inner mortar, and wrap it in a roll. Cut the rolls you obtained into 6 or 8 equal pieces and place them on your tray that you will put in the oven. Then, put your pastry in the oven until golden brown at 180 degrees and your spinach pastry is ready.
