Nadando con Ballenas - Iniciativa // Initiative: Swimming with Whales / ESP-ENG
Buenas mis amigos de hive me sentí motivada participar en esta iniciativa de nadando con ballenas, propuesta creada por @mayvil aunque con un poco de temor porque soy nueva en esta plataforma y estoy en el proceso de iniciación y hay cosas que todavía desconozco pero aquí estoy para intentar dar respuestas a la interrogante.
Hello friends of the hive, I felt motivated to participate in this initiative of swimming with whales, a proposal created by @mayvil although with a little fear because I am new to this platform and I am in the process of initiation and there are things that I still do not know , but here I am to try to answer the question.
1.- ¿Tienes una ballena Favorita? - si la respuesta es positiva explica el porqué.
Mi respuesta es la verdad que no he tenido mucha interacción con ballenas y como les he dicho tengo muy poco tiempo en la plataforma y mis trabajos y contenido subidos no han tenido ningún apoyo pese a eso sigo dando lo mejor de mí. En cuanto a la ballena el más comentado y @appreciator que es una de la ballenas que más apoyado a la comunidad de venezolanos y más la situación de nuestro país que no es fácil. Y agradezco el apoyo de @tribesteemup @theycallmedan @tipu quienes me an apoyado.
1.- Do you have a favorite whale? - If the answer is yes, explain why.
My answer is the truth that I have not had much interaction with whales and as I have told you I have very little time on the platform and my work and uploaded content have not received any support, despite that I continue to do my best. As for the whale, the most commented and appreciative one that is one of the whales that most supported the Venezuelan community and the situation in our country is not easy. And I appreciate the support of @tribesteemup @ theycallmedan @tipu who supported me.

2.- ¿Si pudieras ser una ballena que sería lo primero que harías?
Lo primero sería agradecer a Dios la oportunidad y tratar de dar lo mejor de mí. Sé que el trabajo de una ballena no es fácil tener que valorar todos los contenidos pero creo que lo más importante es tomar en cuenta e incentivar a los nuevas participantes.
2.- If you could be a whale, what would be the first thing you would do?
The first thing would be to thank God for the opportunity and try to do the best I can. I know that the work of a whale is not easy having to evaluate all the contents but I think the most important thing is to take into account and encourage the new participants.
3.- ¿Siendo una ballena apoyarías a alguna comunidad o proyecto dentro de la blockchain o solo apoyarías a los usuarios que crean contenido a diario?
Considero que los que siempre crean contenidos a diario deberían ser tomados muy en cuenta ya que hacen el tiempo necesario diariamente para traer contenido a la plataforma así que se debería apreciar ese trabajo.
Being a whale would you support any community or project within the blockchain or would you only support users who create content on a daily basis?
I believe that those who always create content on a daily basis should be taken into account since they make the necessary time daily to bring content to the platform so that work should be appreciated.
4.- ¿Cuáles son los usuarios que consideras que son los próximos delfines dentro de nuestra blockchain?
Muy sinceramente debo decir que todavía no estoy familiarizada con ese tema pero creo que cualquier miembro de la comunidad que tenga la capacidad y el deseo esta en oportunidad de ser un delfín. Esto son temas en los que todavía no tengo dominio y es por eso que no quisiera nombra alguien si desconozco sé que muchas esperan esto de la plataforma que es la meta e todos los blogueros.
4.- ¿Who are the users that you consider the next dolphins within our blockchain?
I must say very honestly that I am not yet familiar with that topic, but I believe that any member of the community who has the ability and desire has the opportunity to be a dolphin. These are topics in which I still do not have a domain and that is why I would not like to name someone if I do not know, I know that many expect this from the platform that is the goal of all bloggers.
5.- ¿Te gustaría formar parte de un proyecto o comunidad? - Si la respuesta es sí, explique por qué.
En realidad me gustaría ser parte de ella, pero considero que aún me falta conocer la plataforma, por ahora puedo decirte que me encanta la comunidad build it por la explosión de creatividad y gemas por la cantidad de contenido interesante que tiene.
5.- Would you like to be part of a project or community? - If the answer is yes, explain why.
Actually, I would like to be part of it, but I consider that I still need to know the platform, for now I could tell you that I love the build it community for the explosion of creativity and gems for the amount of interesting content that they publish there.
6.- ¿Qué es lo que más te gusta de Hive para crear contenido constantemente?
Creo que lo que más me gusta de la plataforma HIVE es la variedad de contenido que encontramos, hay mucha creatividad y calidad en los posts que se comparten aquí y mucha de esta información que brindan las diferentes comunidades nos permite crecer como ser humano.
6.- What do you like the most about Hive to constantly create content?
I think that what I like the most about the HIVE platform is the variety of content that we find, there is a lot of creativity and quality in the posts that are shared here and many of this information provided by the different communities allows us to grow as a human being.
7.- ¿Tienes algún consejo para las ballenas actuales o futuras ballenas?
Mi consejo principalmente esta en que es necesario darle oportunidad a los nuevos miembros siento que no hay votaciones para ellos, esto los desmotiva a participar, para nadie es un secreto que esta página apoya la economía de los que hacen vida en ellas y al no ver apoyo muchos abandona ante de empezar. Otro elemento a considerar para los nuevos es ser perseverante es mi consejo porque es lo que estoy viviendo por ser nueva.
7.- Do you have any advice for current or future whales?
My advice mainly is that it is necessary to give the new members an opportunity, I feel that there are no votes for them, this discourages them to participate, for no one is it a secret that this page supports the economy of those who live in them and by not seeing support many drop out before starting. Another element to consider for new ones is to be persistent is my advice because it is what I am living for being new.
8.- Menciona esos proyectos que más te apoyan y cuéntanos que es lo que más te gusta de todo lo que hacen.
Como ya les he dicho soy nueva en la plataforma no he tenido la suerte de contar con el apoyo de ningún proyecto, esto representa una limitante en lo que pienso de la comunidad porque me he sentido desmotivada a pesar de haber sido versátil al publicar por diferentes comunidades pero en ninguna he tenido mucha aceptación me gusta mucho la comunidad educativa y he publicado diferentes manualidades sin aceptación alguna, pero seguiré intentando y dando lo mejor de mí.
8.- Mention those projects that support you the most and tell us what you like the most of everything they do.
As I already told you, I am new to the platform, I have not been lucky enough to have the support of any project, this represents a limitation in what I think of the community because I have felt unmotivated despite having been versatile at the time to publish. by different communities but I have not had much acceptance in any of them. I really like the educational community and I have published different crafts without any acceptance, but I will keep trying and giving my best.
9.- Si no estuviésemos en pandemia te gustaría participar en algún Meetup dentro de tu ciudad o país actual?
La verdad me encantaría poder reunirme con todas esas personas que hacen vida en la plataforma y poder conocernos y compartir e intercambiar ideas opiniones y anecdotas , considero de manera muy personal me gustaría compartir mucho con la comunidad de venezolanos y latinos sería una buena iniciativa.
9.- If we were not in a pandemic, would you like to participate in a meeting within your current city or country?
The truth is, I would love to be able to meet with all those people who make life on the platform and to be able to meet and share and exchange ideas, opinions and anecdotes, I consider in a very personal way I would like to share a lot with the community of Venezuelans and Latinos it would be a good initiative.

Hola bella, bueno primero muchas gracias por animarte a participar. Poco a poco iras conociendo ballenas, todo depende de lo que vayas mejorando tu contenido y todo va con la constancia.
El trabajo de las ballenas mas allá de los votos, también crean o financian diferentes proyectos que no son solo de curación, hay paginas que dan información de nuestras cuentas, o crean dapps como por ejemplo la de ecency.com que es la que yo mas uso, pero tienen diversas formas de apoyar con su potencial dentro de la plataforma.
