However, personally I am not one of those who recommends doing a "clean slate", I prefer to keep in touch with what did not work for me in the past to try to improve it.
But if there are areas in which we can make a clean slate, for example; start a good lifestyle from scratch, not based on a simple diet, but on the pleasure of eating well every day and making taking care of your health part of your priorities.
Many of us take great care of our physical health, but ... we forget our emotional health, we can make a clean slate in toxic relationships or friendships, which cause delay in your growth and do not let you advance.
And also, there is always an area in which we must renew ourselves and if it is necessary to start from scratch, then do it. And it is the economic area, those projects that despite all your effort have not yet taken off, or if it has declined, it is necessary to reinvent them or if it is necessary to start another more promising project.
If there is something where I could apply a clean slate in 2021, it would be in the toxic feelings that have been generated in 2020. After a 2020 full of restrictions it is extremely necessary for me to erase all desire to want to do something and be disabled, also get rid of all anxiety about the situation in general, eliminate all feelings of frustration for the hours that I felt were wasted; but today I realize that they were the most valued in my life.
Bad feelings are worse than anything else, and this 2021 I will make a clean slate of each of the bad feelings that want to take root in my beautiful heart.
This 2020 we have overcome the challenge, now we are firmer and stronger, establish your priorities well and the reward will be greater.

Hola amigos Hivers, se aproxima fin de año y me pareció propicio pasar por acá deseándoles las mejores energías para año nuevo.
Y es que cada año siempre es esperado con ansias, porque representa una oportunidad de iniciar proyectos, cambiar hábitos, inclusive plantearte cosas nuevasque hasta ahora no has hecho, cada año podemos hacer...
...Borrón y cuenta nueva
Sin embargo, personalmente no soy de las que recomienda hacer "borrón y cuenta nueva", ya prefiero mantenerme en contacto con aquello que no me funcionó en el pasado para tratar de mejorarlo.
Pero si hay áreas en la que podemos hacer borrón y cuenta nueva, por ejemplo; iniciar de cero un buen estilo de vida, no basado en una simple dieta, si no en el placer de comer bien todos los días y hacer parte de tus prioridades el cuidar tu salud.
Muchos cuidamos mucho de nuestra salud física, pero... olvidamos nuestra salud emocional, podemos hacer borron y cuenta nueva en relaciones de parejas o de amistades tóxicas, que producen retraso en tu crecimiento y no te dejan avanzar.
Y además, siempre hay un área en la que debemos renovarnos y si es necesario empezar de cero, pues hacerlo. Y es el área económica, esos proyectos que apesar de todo tu esfuerzo aún no despegan, o si ha menguado, es necesario reinventarlos o si es necesario iniciar otro proyecto más prometedor.
Si hay algo en donde podría aplicar borrón y cuenta nueva en este 2021 sería en los sentimientos tóxicos que se han generado este 2020. Después de un 2020 lleno de restricciones me resulta sumamente necesario borrar todo afán por querer hacer algo yestar imposibilitada, también deshacerme de toda ansiedad por la situación en general, eliminar todo sentimiento de frustración por las horas que sentí que eran pérdidas; pero hoy me doy cuenta que fueron las más valoradas en mi vida.
Los malos sentimientos son peor que cualquier otra cosa, y este 2021 haré borrón y cuenta nueva en cada uno de los malos sentimientos que quieran echar raíz en mi hermoso corazón.
Este 2020 hemos vencido el reto, ahora estamos más firmes y más fuerte, establece bien tus prioridades y la recompensa será mayor.
