Note: Banana baskets are a perfect choice as a starter.
For its filling You can use: salads, purees, seafood, among others.
Ingredients:
✔️4 green bananas.
✔️250 grams of grated llanero cheese.
✔️Tomato sauce "to taste".
✔️Avocado.
✔️Salt to taste.
✔️300 milliters of vegetable oil.

The Elaboration Process:
Step 1
We take the green plantains and cut them into 3 or 4 parts depending on the size of the basket that we want and remove the peel from each one.


Step 2
We will use a cauldron, and we will add the vegetable oil, we will place the flame over medium heat, after 3 minutes we will begin to add the bananas, let them fry for 1 minute on both sides until they are golden.



Step 3
To create the shape of the banana basket, I leaned on a lemon squeezer. We take 1 piece of banana already fried, place it in the juicer, press and we will get our baskets.





Step 4
Having our banana baskets, we will take it back to our cauldron with hot oil for 1 minute each side.

Step 5
We proceed to place our banana baskets on napkins, to remove excess oil and then fill with plain cheese and tomato sauce to taste.
